BED Studio is an interior design practice led by me, Karolina Bilvinaite.

I am an interior designer with over a decade of international experience, delivering residential, retail and hospitality projects across more than 30 countries. My work brings together strategic thinking and creative direction to create spaces that feel both distinctive and purposeful.

A defining part of my career was my role as Lead Designer for the global brand Lush, where I led and contributed to flagship and international projects. Working across diverse markets and multidisciplinary teams shaped my ability to translate design concepts into different cultural contexts, balancing creative ambition with practical delivery.

I work closely with clients from early concept through to detailed design and implementation, ensuring each project develops with clarity, coherence and a strong sense of identity.

Depending on the scope of a project, I collaborate with a trusted network of specialists to ensure the right expertise is brought in at the right stage, maintaining a high level of delivery throughout.

My work focuses on creating considered, engaging interiors that feel both functional and long-lasting — spaces that are refined, thoughtful, and designed to endure.
